- When is a pylon better than a facade sign?
- When the building stands back from the road, behind a car park, or by a road from which the facade is not visible. Pylons and totems are seen from a distance and lead customers straight to the business.
- Does putting up a pylon require permits?
- Usually yes. A pylon permanently fixed to the ground counts as a structure under Polish building law, so it normally needs a notification or a building permit, and where a landscape resolution or a local plan applies it must comply with them. We advise what to check — the decision rests with the authority.
